Stuff about the league

Game Play:
There are 2 halfs.
There are 12 minutes halfs.
Each game needs one ref and one stat keeper.
If you have only have 1 or 2 players on your team at the game,it's a automatic forfeit.

Free Agency:
There are only 7 positions per team,2 bench players not including the HC or GM.
During the season you can only sign a player for 1 season.
There is a Free Agency Period during the offseason.

Draft:
The draft consists of 6 rounds for each team.
Each team gets a pick for each round.
If you are not drafted you are a automatic Free Agent.
The team order will be randomly picked out of what pick each team will get.
On season 2's draft the teams with the worst records have higher picks.
Once your drafted,your on that team till your cut or traded.
If cut or new,you will go into season's 2 draft.
After the draft season 2,there will be a little period where you can cut players before Free Agency.

Trades:
Draft Picks can be traded but not during the first draft.
The trade has to be accepted by both team's HC and GM.
The trade has to be approved by our 3 out of our 4 admins.

Cuts:
GM's can cut a player anytime they wan't to except during the playoffs.
A HC can not cut without the approval of there GM.
One of are 4 admin's must be told so the player can be taken off the roster spot in the forum.
Cuts have to go on during the season,you can't go cut during the offseason unless it's it's the cut period.

Signs:
GM's can sign players anytime except during the playoffs.
HC's need approval of there GM before being able to sign a player.
One of the 4 admin's need to be told about the sign so the player can be added to the roster spot of the forum.
Signs have to go on during the regular season,you can't go sign in offseason unless it's Free Agency period.

Refs:
Can not be playing in that certain game.
Can not be a player from any team in the game.
Has to know the rules perfectly.

Stat Keepers:
Has to promise to not be distracted during the game.
Has to keep track of the certain stats asked to(will be found out by season's start.
Has to actually know the game of basketball.
